Church planting has been one of the most challenging, engaging, and rewarding experiences of my life. I have never had to rely more on my relationships, friends, family, and faith in Christ than saying "yes" to the journey of launching Renovation Church; specifically in the role of Creative Director.

So what does it mean to be the Creative Director of Renovation Church?  I am glad you're curious because there couldn't have been a place to serve more specific to utilize the gifts and experiences of my life. From being involved with youth group, chorus, playing guitar in a punk band, and making goofy videos back in the High-School days to co-directing a feature film in 2012; the last 20 years have paved the way for this new adventure.

Behind the scenes I over-see all video, graphic, web and creative design elements for Renovation. This means at times crafting print pieces, planning promotions for events, over-seeing social media / communication strategy and searching for innovative and creative ways to promote the Vision & Mission of Renovation.

Personally, I am the father of 4 (what?!) and husband to Carolyn for the last 11 years. I tend to be a walking encyclopedia of useless movie trivia, and I take a little too much pride in my Spotify playlists. I don't know much about sports but can't say no to a game of 2 on 2 🏀. I like books too! Here are a few that I recommend if you're open to recommendations: "Reason For God" by Tim Keller, "Making Ideas Happen" by Scott Belsky, and "Deep And Wide" by Andy Stanley.
